Frank McHugh - Co Founder
Frank McHugh is a licensed physical therapist with passion for providing service to hard working Americans. Frank received his B.S. in Health & Exercise Science from Rowan University in 2020 and his doctorate in physical therapy from DeSales University in 2023.
As a lifelong athlete who suffered multiple injuries, surgeries and lengthy recoveries, Frank understands the impact of pain on performance and overall well being. After a series of injuries derailed his collegiate baseball career, he decided to dedicate himself towards gaining the skills and knowledge to assist others who are dealing with pain of various kinds.
Frank’s expertise is forged from firsthand experience in construction, landscaping, warehousing, and retail. This background became deeply personal after he suffered a debilitating back injury while working as a truck unloader. In his recovery, he found a new purpose: coaching fellow employees on proper lifting mechanics and safe movement strategies to help them avoid the pain he endured. Frank’s intimate understanding of the physical demands of labor-intensive jobs, gained from years on the front lines, ignited the passion to create WORKFORM—a company dedicated to providing the most effective occupational health strategies for the hardworking employees he knows so well.
Lee Wolbach - Co Founder
Lee Wolbach is a licensed physical therapist with a strong interest in providing care to the American workforce. Lee received his B.S. and M.S. in Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University, as well as his doctorate degree in physical therapy from
Desales University in 2023.
Lee’s passion for the field of physical therapy began on the sports field where he grew up playing baseball. Throughout his years in sports, Lee’s interest in optimizing performance and preventing injury continued to grow, leading him to pursue a career in physical therapy.
Lee views the American worker as an industrial athlete, but he saw a major flaw in how they are supported. The current healthcare model is fundamentally reactive and inefficient, waiting for an injury to occur before taking action. Driven by a passion to fix this broken system, Lee is dedicated to pioneering an upstream approach. Instead of just treating injuries after they happen, his focus is on bringing proactive training, preventative care, and performance optimization directly to the workplace, building resilience and stopping problems before they start. This is more than innovative care; it’s a mission to change the very delivery of occupational health in America.
